Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority


We will ship on time, but cannot be responsible for shipping times once the package leaves our

hands. USPS does not guarantee shipping times,  If your item does not arrive in a timely manner,

please check with your local post office for further details.  We will provide a tracking number

with your order.  USPS does not cover insured items or return shipping costs until 30 days has past. 

This includes priority shipping.

Please contact us prior to ordering if you need your item quickly.  USPS does offer Express Mail,

which is guaranteed.  Express mail runs approximately $35.00.



We accept returns with the following conditions:

You must notify us within 3 days that you intend to return the item and why.​  You must ship the

items at your expense within 10 calendar days. If  you choose to return the item, it must be returned in the same condition as it was received.  The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not refund the shipping costs to return the item, unless the wrong item is

shipped or it arrives damaged.  

Photo's are required to show the wrong item or damage. Suzanne's Farmhouse reserves the right

at their discretion, to determine by the photo's if the damage warrants replacement or repair.  

If the item was damaged during shipping or the wrong item was sent, a return label will be issued.


If an order is returned to Suzanne's Farmhouse due to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer

or due to failed attempts to deliver by the shipping company, we will be happy to resend the order.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as, the cost to resend the item. If the

buyer chooses not to have the order reshipped, we will refund the product cost less all

shipping expenses.
